Account

Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account at checkout page. You can alternatively check out as a guest and an account is not necessary. 


How do I sign up/create an account at wearalfaaz.com?
Please click on ‘Sign in’ followed by ‘Create an account’ and fill in your personal particulars. If you experience any difficulty, kindly call us on +230 5789 2641 and we will be pleased to assist you.

 

Order

How can I place an order?
New Customers
Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Cart'. Upon finishing adding items to your cart, proceed to the ‘checkout’ and use one of the relevant checkout options. Simply follow the instructions to complete your secure online payment.
 
Existing/Returning Customers
‘Log in’ to your existing account using your email address and password. Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Cart'. Upon finishing adding items to your cart, proceed to the ‘checkout’ and use one of the relevant checkout options. Simply follow the instructions to complete your secure online payment. Don’t forget to ‘sign out’ upon completing the shopping to ensure online security.
 
Customers can also contact the ‘Customer Service Team’ +230 5798 2641 to place an order via WhatsApp.

 

How will I know if Wear Alfaaz has received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from wearalfaaz.com to confirm that your orders have been well-received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order through “My Account”.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

 

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping bag disappeared?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.


When I place an item to my shopping bag, is the item placed under my reservation?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item.


There is an item missing from my order, what do I do? 
Despite the fact that all our parcels are carefully checked before being dispatched for shipping, sometimes an item can be missed. In such a case the customers are suggested to get in contact with our ‘Customer Service Team’ at +230 5789 2641
We will then investigate the query and will arrange for the item to be sent again.


I received a defective item, what should I do?
We check all our products before shipment, however in the case you receive a defective item, the client must let us know within 24 hours via our WhatsApp or Social Media channels. Defective items can only be returned to Wear Alfaaz, subject to item being returned must be in its original condition with the original tags and tickets. 

 

Shipping

Where and how do you deliver?
Currently, we are only shipping on the main island Mauritius. We either deliver by hand ourselves or via our delivery partner ’Nu Livrer’.

Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery and shipping charges will be indicated before checkout. In most cases, we provide free delivery on the Island for items over Rs 4000. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our retail location in Triolet or Mesnil.
