Exchange Policy
At Alfaaz, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience and we apologise for any inconvenience in case the product received is damaged, defected or incorrect. In such situation, the product can be exchanged to another or returned. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.
Exchange or return is applicable if:

The product is unused and still in original packaging state with all labels and tags.

The product does not have any stains, perfume scents, body odours, makeup marks, water stains.

The product is not a discounted/sale item and custom made item.
We do not offer cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (coupon) of the same value valid for any future purchase.
Exchange Procedure
To claim an exchange or return, please contact us within 24hrs from the date of delivery on WhatsApp on +230 57892641 with the reason and order details.
Exchange by Post/Courier:
Please note that you will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team and the client will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Alfaaz bears no responsibility nor liability for post delays or damages.
We aim to process all exchange/return within 3-5 working days after receiving the item.
Exchange in Store:
We will gladly accept your exchange in store and process it right away.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by contacting us on WhatsApp +230 57892641 before the order has been processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hrs of order placement.
Alfaaz has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, credit card payment declined. In such case, if we have already received your payment, we will issue a refund.
Delivery Information

Within Mauritius for Unstitched & Ready-To-Wear: 3-5 working days.

Within Mauritius for Custom Stitched: 5-10 working days.

Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.

Store Pickup is also available.

Delivery is free on orders above MUR 5000.

On orders below MUR 5000, there is a flat fee of MUR 150 applicable.

We use NULivrer third party delivery service to deliver your parcel to your doorstep.

We also offer in person delivery from someone in our team (on availability).
- Postage options are also available.

All orders must be paid in full before delivery/postage.
